The agreement establishes a framework for the supply of EU-GMP certified medical cannabis products from Clever Leaves’ cultivation and processing facilities to Astrasana’s distribution network spanning over 18 countries.
Agreement Details
Under the terms of the agreement, Clever Leaves will supply pharmaceutical-grade cannabis products including:
- Dried cannabis flowers meeting EU-GMP standards
- Standardised cannabis extracts
- API-grade cannabinoid raw materials
Astrasana will manage the regulatory pathway, importation, and distribution across its established markets in Switzerland, the Czech Republic, and other European territories.
